We really enjoyed our stay.  We had 5 couples plus one, and we had a great time.  Your lodge is more than anyone could ask for.  The pictures are great, but to be here in person is spectacular.  You put all the finishing touches to make it feel like our personal home away from home.  Monday morning we saw a couple of deer.  The theater room was the best.  Thank you for sharing your home with us.  We look forward to returning next year.

We have had a wonderful stay at Buckhorn Lodge.  This was a wonderful discovery that was hidden. We were a city family that came to the country.  Thanks for the extra attention we received so that we could enjoy "War of the Worlds" in the media room.  Georgia has a lot to offer: beautiful scenery, water sports, wildlife and sheep.  We enjoyed it all!!!

We had a wonderful time, if only we could stay longer.  The best part about it is the hot tub!! And the firepit with all the chairs was cool, too.  Perfect for scary stories.  And the beds are extremely comfortable.  Everything about this place was cool, and we had a great time and are looking forward to coming back next summer.

We're coming together at your lodge from Atlanta, Memphis and Nashville.  We've had a great time, and the kids loved the pool table and the fire-pit -- lots of toasted marshmellows and smores.  You've picked the perfect location for a spring board to waterfalls, trails, rafting and all the other things this area has to offer.

What a perfect place to have a Hettick Family get-together!  We had four generations of family gathered together in one place.  There is something here for every member of our family.  This place is the first place that everyone in our family agreed to come back to.  And that's because you've made this getaway place more like a home than a hotel.  Everywhere I turn, I'm surprised at the decorations.  Thank you for making our family get-together a success.

We were here 3 days and today is our last day.  We're leaving the most peaceful, serence and lovely time we had in such a long time.  This is the most beautiful place we've ever seen.  Everything was fabulous - just indescribable.  We really enjoyed ourselves, and we will be back.

WOW!!!  I don't know where to begin ... I'm on my honeymoon and I have to say, I think I'm in heaven.  Rett and I have been to, and stayed at, many nice places, but this place is one of the nicest.  We went to Blairsville and played 9 holes of golf, on the toughest course we've ever been on.  We're going to the drive-in tonight.  We've had the most wonderful and memorable honeymoon and we thank you for sharing your home with us.

This weekend had been on our calendar for quite some time.  Finding Buckhorn Lodge was the answer to our prayers.  This would turn out to be a perfect weekend to celebrate the gift of friendship, fellowship and just creating wonderful memoires together.  thank you for sharing this incredible getaway.  Much fun was had by all, from the hot tub to the wonderful media room.

I am soon to retire and 3 of my girlfriends brought me here for a wonderful weekend.  They arranged for an in-home massage!  We enjoyed incredible meals and the beautiful scenery, watched movies, laughed and talked until the wee hours.  Friendship is a blessing from God, and this place increased our enjoyment.

Our 6 children arranged this time in this mountain cabin so that we could finish our interrupted honeymoon.  This is a 2nd marriage for both of us.  Both our mates passed away after long illnesses.  Now we plan to spend the rest of the days our Lord has allotted us with joy.  We are thankful our Lord has provided such splendor for people to enjoy.

Loved the cabin!  Five of us gathered to celebrate our 30th birthday and were overjoyed by the pleasant environment at Buckhorn Lodge.  We looked forward to returning one day.  Words can't describe how pleased we were with our stay.  This was certainly a home away from home.  In the words of Buck (the singing deer), "On the road again".  Many love and blessings to those who were a part of providing a wonderful lodge.  Peace, love and no regrets.

We've also had 1 question asked:  "Hey, what's up with the skis"?  The answer to that is that Georgia doesn't get enough snow for skiing.  They are for decoration only.

So, what started our as a way to retire has somewhere along the way turned into something more wonderful.  A place for friends and families to gather and create memories to last lifetime ... how great is that!  We hope you've enjoyed these comments and would love to add YOUR comments to this list soon!
